Dear Applicants,

we are aware that due to the COVID-19 pandemic it is very challenging to find piano accompanists for the Qualifying Videos. Therefore, the Kodály Competition decided to set forth the following rules:

1) Qualifying Round Video 1 (one movement of a solo piece by J. S. Bach) is mandatory. To be eligible for the competition, you have to record and submit Qualifying Round Video 1 only.

2) Qualifying Round Video 2 is optional.  You can submit another solo recording or any piece / movement / (movement of a) concerto accompanied by the piano.
